When accessing and using this website you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. By browsing the website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Scope and Acceptance<\/strong><br>The terms and conditions regulate the usage of our website and the purchase of services through it. Reservations and Payments<\/strong><br>3.1. A reservation of an accommodation is only considered valid after automatic or manual confirmation from Sea Roots.<br>3.2. A reservation is only considered valid after full payment, unless other conditions are previously agreed.<br>3.3. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Conditions of Accommodation Services<\/strong><br>4.1. Check-in is available after 3pm.<br>4.2. Check-out must be done by 11am.<br>4.3. The guest should inform about the estimated time of arrival, particularly when its expected to be at night, after 9pm.<br>4.4. Requests for early check in or check out are subject to availability and possible extra cost.<br>4.5. Remaining in the accommodation after check out time may incur in additional night charge.<br>4.6. The accommodations have the following maximum capacity:<br>Sea zone: 4 people (adults and children over 24 months) and 1 baby (less than 24 months).<br>Garden zone &#8211; 2 h\u00f3spedes (adults and children over 24 months) and 1 baby (less than 24 months).<br>4.7. Babies with less than 24 months stay for free. A crib may be available upon request and may have an extra cost.<br>4.8. People not included in the reservation aren\u2019t allowed to stay without previous authorisation.<br>4.9. The person that makes the reservation is fully responsible for the other persons in the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Quotes<\/strong><br>5.1. Any quotes sent are valid for 7 days, counting from the date they\u2019re sent, which can be subject to revision, after being sent.<br>5.2. If any mistake in the quote is noted, Sea Roots has the right to correct it.<br>5.3. Any changes requested by the client, services or expense that wasn\u2019t in the original budget, will have an additional cost.<br>5.4. Receiving a quote doesn\u2019t imply that the service, in this case, the accommodation, is reserved for you while you decide if you want it or not, as the accommodation and the respective selected dates may be booked by someone else, during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Cancellation policy and No Show<\/strong><br>6.1. Cancellation of reservations up to 15 days before check in date are refunded in full. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before check in date will be refunded in 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 7 days from check in date will not be refunded.<br>6.2. No-show implies the total charge of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Use of the Accommodation<\/strong><br>7.1. The guest commits to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make a conscience and responsible use of all resources, equipments and furniture;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the accommodation, furniture and equipments in good condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with all the safety rules and respect the neighbourhood;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read and respect the user\u2019s guidelines of the accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. It is forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To smoke inside the accommodation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have parties and events;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lease or borrow the accommodation to third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Use of the Wood Stove<\/strong><br>8.1. The wood stove is designed for occasional and responsible use.<br>8.2. It\u2019s only allowed the use of appropriate wood, supplied or authorised by Sea Roots.<br>8.3. It\u2019s forbidden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To use flammable liquids and combustion accelerators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To burn residues, plastics or inadequate materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To leave the wood burner on without surveillance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To use the wood burner with the door open.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8.4. Children can only remain near the wood burner under adult supervision.<br>8.5. Before leaving the house or going to bed, the guest should insure that the fireis completely out.<br>8.6. The guest is responsible for any damage, fire hazard or emergency intervention that results from improper use of the wood burner, which can cause the immediate termination of the stay, without refund, as well as charge for reparation costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Noise and Neighbours<\/strong><br>Legal periods of silence, between 11pm and 7 am sound be respected.<br>Non compliance can cause imediato termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Pets<\/strong><br>Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. Responsibility<\/strong><br>11.1. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal goods.<br>11.2. The guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Cleaning<\/strong><br>The accommodations are delivered clean and should be returned in reasonable conditions of use. Extraordinary cleans caused by misuse by the guests may be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13. Copyright and Ownership<\/strong>\u2028<br>14.1. All the contents of this website, which includes texts, design, illustrations, logos, video, audio, photographs and other elements, are protected by law, under the Copyright and Related Rights Code.
